Program Overview
The Ministerial Consecration Activation is a focused training and development program designed to prepare ministers and emerging ministers for effective Christian service. The Foundation will provide a dedicated environment where about 20 ministers or new ministers can step away from everyday pressures and give themselves fully to spiritual growth, learning, prayer, and preparation for ministry.
The program will run for 21 to 60 days, depending on the training structure and needs of each participant. Our desire is not simply to produce ministers with knowledge, but men and women who are spiritually grounded, prayerful, compassionate, and equipped to serve others through the power of the Holy Spirit.
Our Approach
Participants will be immersed in an environment centered on the Word of God, prayer, spiritual discipline, and practical ministry preparation.
- Room and Board:
The Foundation will provide accommodation and basic living expenses for participants throughout the duration of the program, creating a comfortable environment where they can focus on their spiritual and ministerial development. - Financial Support:
Participants will receive a stipend or salary during the program. This support is intended to reduce the pressure of everyday bills and financial responsibilities, allowing them to concentrate fully on the training. - Practical Ministry Assessment:
At the end of the training, participants will be given opportunities to demonstrate what they have learned through practical ministry situations, including prayer, counselling, and ministering to people facing different challenges. - Completion Certificate:
Participants who successfully complete the program will receive a Certificate of Completion, recognizing their commitment to the training and preparation they have undergone.
Our Goal
Our goal is to raise better-prepared and spiritually mature ministers who can serve with integrity, compassion, wisdom, and dependence on the Holy Spirit.
We believe that when ministers are properly equipped, strengthened, and given the opportunity to grow, they are better positioned to become a blessing to individuals, families, churches, and communities around them.
